Vape less.
Live more.

Track your puffs, understand the habits behind them, and reduce gradually at a pace you choose. Supportive, private, and built without a single guilt trip.

For adults who already vape. Not intended for anyone under 18 or for people who do not currently use nicotine.

Our principles

Never shames you

Logging a puff gets an acknowledgement, not a lecture. A hard day is data, not a verdict.

Never encourages vaping

Nothing in the app celebrates nicotine use. Every reward is for awareness, consistency or reduction.

Never sells your data

Your logs are yours. No advertising, no data brokers, and a real delete button.

Everything you need, nothing you do not

Built around one idea: you cannot change a habit you cannot see.

  • Log a puff in two taps

One button, no forms. Add the trigger and mood afterwards if you feel like it — the log is already saved either way.

  • See your real patterns

Heatmaps, trend lines and trigger breakdowns built from your own data. Most people are surprised by when they actually vape.

  • Reduce at your own pace

Build a gradual plan that steps down week by week. You see the whole curve before you commit to it.

  • Tools for the hard moments

A delay timer, box breathing, and a craving toolkit for when an urge hits. Urges peak and pass — these help you wait them out.

  • Works completely offline

Every log is saved on your device first and syncs later. Basements, planes and dead zones are not a problem.

  • Your data stays yours

Export everything as JSON or CSV whenever you want, and delete your account permanently from inside the app.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one takes about a minute.

  1. 01

    Set your starting point

Tell the app roughly how much you vape on a normal day. That number becomes your baseline — every bit of progress is measured against it, not against someone else.

  2. 02

    Track honestly for a week

Just log. No goals, no pressure. After a few days the patterns start showing up on their own, and they are usually not what people expect.

  3. 03

Reduce on a plan you chose

Pick a pace that feels sustainable. The app steps your daily target down gradually and adapts as you go. You can pause or change it at any time.

Progress starts with awareness

You do not have to be perfect to be proud of your progress. Start by seeing the pattern — the rest follows from there.
